    …except that non-directed interview _precede_ personas. Otherwise, your personas are only as good as the whisky in the room ;)

    @joe I wholeheartedly agree! In the conference session I introduced personas without much adieu about how we form them, primarily because we were discussing activity modeling and the process in broad terms.

    Most of the time, an Interaction Designer / Design Researcher will interview their audience on multiple occassions.
